Gordon Strachan described elements of the Celtic support and other Scottish fans as being ’warped minded’ when it came to opinions on Rangers FC (in administration) going into liquidation.
A lot of fans won’t shed a tear if they go out of business but it’s not out of malice or the result of being ’warped minded’. Fans simply want to see lawful due process followed in relation to the mismanagement of that club and the outcome of the Tax tribunal. To put it in simple terms many fans want to see justice done and if that means that RFC go bust then so be it.
I’m sure most people regardless of their football team feel sorry for the ordinary workers currently employed by RFC losing their jobs especially with the way the economy is at present but why should they feel sorry for Directors of a comapny who have caused the job losses ?
There is far too much of this ‘Rangers are a special case’ going on lets face facts it is just another badly run business that is going to the wall because of mismanagement, greed and shady tax practices.
